Minimum rental is fourteen days in all seasons. All other One-Way rentals between depots are for a minimum of 10 days, unless it is a special relocation deal which can be for a shorter period to help relocation vehicles between travelwheels depots across Australia.

6. ONE WAY RENTALS
If you would like to drop off the vehicle in a different city from the original pickup location, then there is an additional charge known as the ONE WAY FEE to pay on top of the vehicle hire costs.

7. RENTAL TIME EXTENSIONS
Rental time extensions or drop-off location changes are at the discretion of the Management and rely entirely on future demand and availability. Any request for an extension MUST be communicated as soon as practicable and possible and must be approved with Head Office. Unauthorised drop-off to a depot other than that contracted for (as stated on the rental agreement) will result in a fee being charged to the renter of AUD$500.00 in addition to the daily rate.

8. EARLY DROP-OFF
There will be no refund for early termination of a rental or Hire Agreement. If a vehicle is left at any place other than our depots, pick-up fees will be charged at AUD$75.00 per hour for the retrieval of the vehicle. There is no refund available for the unused portion of the rental should the vehicle be returned earlier than contractually agreed on the rental agreement signed by the renter.
9. VEHICLE SUBSTITUTIONS
TRAVEL WHEELS reserves the right to upgrade to a higher rated vehicle at no extra cost. Should The HIRER decide to take a smaller vehicle than booked they will not be entitled to any refund.

11. DRIVERS
A current motor vehicle driver's licence is required and must be produced on pick-up. Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a current International Driving Permit, issued in the same country as the foreign licence was issued, or by an accredited English translation of that foreign licence.

12. UNAUTHORISED AND PROHIBITED USE
The following persons must not drive the Vehicle
a. Any person who is not identified on the Rental Agreement
b. Any person whose blood alcohol concentration exceeds the lawful percentage.
c. Any person whose driver's licence has been cancelled or suspended.
d. Any person who is under the influence of legal or illicit drugs.
e. Any person who holds a learner's permit or a probationary license.
All insurance cover will be void if any of the above terms are breached.

13. DRIVERS AGE
The minimum age for all drivers is 20 years and the maximum age is 75 years.

14. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, Australian Bankcard and Eftpos. All transactions will be conducted in Australian Dollars. The credit card companies now charge travelwheels a 3% handling fee per transaction and therefore reluctantly we have to pass on this 3% credit card to our customers if they use a credit card. However, it must be noted that the security bond which is payable on all rentals does not have any extra credit card transaction fees as you will receive the money back if you return the vehicle without an accident.

15. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
By entering into the Rental Agreement, The HIRER authorises and agrees that TRAVEL WHEELS will charge The Hirer's credit card or other credit card provided by The HIRER with a bond and/or deposit and that The HIRER will pay on demand any balance of the following charges:
a. All Rental charges as specified on the Rental Agreement.
b. All charges incurred by TRAVEL WHEELS in respect of parking or any other traffic violations during the period of the rental are the responsibility of the hirer. Each fine will then be forwarded to the address as provided on the rental agreement and an AUD$75.00 administration fee (per fine) which will then be charged to the Hirer's credit card to cover administration costs from Travel Wheels to process the fines.
c. The renter is totally responsible for all loss of or damage to the motor vehicle (including loss of use) cost of the vehicle, legal expenses, towing and recovery charges where:
d. The vehicle is totally or partially immersed in water regardless of the cause.
e. The interior of the vehicle is damaged (regardless of cause).
f. The vehicle is damaged by driving it under or into an object lower than the height of the vehicle.

WRITING AND CALCULATION ERRORS ON RENTAL AGREEMENT: The charges as set out herein are not final. Should a written and/or a calculation error occur, THE HIRER authorises TRAVEL WHEELS to charge their credit card for any shortage, or in case of overpayment, receive payment from TRAVEL WHEELS.

16. TAXES AND CHARGES
Financial institution charge for Stamp duties and financial charges as well as the 10% GST are included in our rental rates.

17. FUEL
The fuel (Unleaded Petrol) tanks are to be refilled by the HIRER as and when required. TRAVEL WHEELS will not be held responsible for any representation as to fuel economy for individual vehicles. Fuel economy is dependent upon a number of varying factors, including how the vehicle is driven, weather conditions and the maintenance of correct tyre pressures.

18. TRAVEL WHEELS' LIABILITY
TRAVEL WHEELS will not be liable to The HIRER for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by delayed delivery of the vehicle, or by the vehicle not being suitable for The Hirer's purposes. TRAVEL WHEELS will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience from change in drop-off location caused by natural disasters such as floods, cyclones, hailstorms, earthquakes, etc, nor for any personal injury or damage to The Hirer's property caused thereby.

19. TYRE DAMAGE
Any damage to the vehicles tyres or windows will be the responsibility of the renter and this will be deducted from the security bond if any damage occurs during the hire period. The average price for a tyre in Australia is AUD$125.00, and for a windscreen is AUD$300.00. Therefore we suggest taking care of the vehicle's tyres, windows, and please adjust your driving accordingly to the conditions on the roads.

20. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
The HIRER agrees that the vehicle rented may only be used to carry the maximum number of passengers as shown on the Rental Agreement or as dictated by licensing authorities. TRAVEL WHEELS will not accept any liability if these Terms are breached.

21. VALUABLES
TRAVEL WHEELS assumes no liability for valuables left in or stolen from the vehicle. Please do not leave valuables in the vehicle because of possible theft. In major cities it is advisable to leave the vehicle in a Caravan Park and take public transport to the city. Please note: Insurance on personal property is The Hirer's responsibility.

22. TRANSFERS
Transfers to and from TRAVEL WHEELS are not included in the rental price. It is the responsibility of the HIRER to arrange transport to and from TRAVEL WHEELS Depots.

23. CLEANING FEE ON RETURN OF VEHICLE
The vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition to THE HIRER, who agrees to forfeit a cleaning fee of AUD$200.00 for a campervan should the vehicle not be returned to TRAVEL WHEELS in the same clean condition. We suggest before returning the vehicle you remove all your rubbish, clean out any mud, grass and or sand from the floor of the vehicle. In addition to this, can you ensure that the optional camping equipment (if supplied with the vehicle) is returned in a clean state and will be free of dirt, dust and sand, thank-you.

NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE VEHICLE - If we do detect smoking, we will charge an additional fee of $150.00 on top of the existing cleaning fee due to the time and the effort to remove the unpleasant smell from the vehicle for our next customer.

24. ANIMALS AND PETS
TRAVEL WHEELS does not allow the carriage of pets or any animals in their vehicles whilst on rental. Carriage of pets or animals will render the contract void, and the rental bond and the cleaning bond will be retained and used for cleaning and fumigating the vehicle.

25. RENTAL REFUSAL
TRAVEL WHEELS reserves the right to refuse any rental, or the continuation of any rental at its discretion.

26. REPAIRS
a. TRAVEL WHEELS vehicles are always fully maintained and serviced. However, we recognise that occasional breakdowns and small problems will occur. Minor repairs to mechanical items and oil consumption up to AUD$50 will be reimbursed against receipts on completion of the rental.

b. Should larger problems be encountered, please ring our Head Office for further assistance. TRAVEL WHEELS will then approve and fund repairs if the HIRER is not directly responsible for the problem.

c. In all cases the responsibility of TRAVEL WHEELS is limited to refunding for the downtime that the vehicle is actually in a repair shop. Therefore if you lose for example one day, we will refund you a day's rental. This will not include accommodation costs or any other external costs that may arise due to these circumstances.

d. Malfunction of Radio/Cassette players TV's, Videos, Microwave, Stove or Grill, Air-conditioning Units, Refrigerator, Water Pump or Shower are not considered a mechanical breakdown as the vehicle is still able to continue driving during your holiday. No alternative accommodation or food items will be paid for during the duration of these malfunctions. If one of these items does go wrong, then they can only be inspected at one of our authorised regional depots across Australia.
However the Air Conditioning will be repaired on route for all cars and campervans in the front of the vehicle. If the campervan has externally powered Air Conditioning in the back of the vehicle and this does malfunction, these can only be inspected at one of our authorised regional centres across Australia.

e. Towing and retrieval of damaged vehicles to the closest TRAVEL WHEELS depot is covered. In the event of an accident resulting in the vehicle being damaged sufficiently to require replacement, it is the Hirer's responsibility to make their way to the closest TRAVEL WHEELS depot to collect a replacement vehicle. If The HIRER requires a Vehicle to be relocated to the damaged vehicle's location, a re-positioning fee of AUD$350.00 will be charged. This fee is very inexpensive in relation to the distances travelled in Australia. Any expenses incurred whilst travelling to the closest TRAVEL WHEELS depot are The Hirer's responsibility.

f. Any refund for on-road problems will be made at the time of the repair. The repair time will be calculated, and the downtime reimbursed at the time of delivery from the repairer. Down time will be calculated in days, and credited to The Hirer's credit card.

27. MAINTENANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
It is The Hirer's responsibility to check and maintain all fluid and fuel levels daily and to immediately rectify and/or report to Head Office any defect of which The HIRER becomes aware. TRAVEL WHEELS, on presentation of receipts, will reimburse refills of all fluids except petrol and diesel up to the value of AUD$50.00.

All Hirer's and all drivers are jointly responsible under the Rental Agreement. The HIRER will be held fully responsible for engine damage if the radiator cap is not properly replaced and sealed after checking fluid levels. It is absolutely essential to check the temperature gauge every day on your trip and to keep monitoring the temperature. If the temperature does increase, then stop and immediately call TRAVELWHEELS on the FREEPHONE Number and we will be able to advise you.

Topping up a vehicle that is losing water is not considered fixing the problem. This will need professional assistance and repair by an authorised travelwheels repair centre. We cannot stress the importance and your own personal responsibility if you continue to drive the vehicle after a problem has occurred. Doing this can lead to permanent damage to the engine, and then the hirer will be fully responsible for the replacement engine or the parts to repair the broken vehicle.

The HIRER shall also drive the vehicle in a careful and cautious manner and will not do or allow to be done anything to harm the vehicle. The HIRER shall not use the vehicle for anything other than its intended purpose, or allow use of the vehicle to carry passengers or goods for hire. The HIRER shall not allow the vehicle to be used to carry volatile liquids, corrosive or flammable materials or explosives.

28. ROAD RESTRICTIONS
2WD (two wheel drive vehicles) are not allowed to travel on unsealed (dirt or gravel) roads. The HIRER will be liable for all damage caused by travelling on unsealed (dirt or gravel) roads. Travelling on these roads voids all damage protection cover and you will be liable for all damage and this could result in you losing your security bond.

The full cost of the damage to all parties concerned may be deducted from the HIRER. If in the opinion of TRAVEL WHEELS a vehicle is found to have travelled on unsealed (dirt or gravel) road the bond/deposit will be retained until the vehicle is fully inspected and checked for damage. If no damage has occurred the bond will be returned to the HIRER, less the cost of inspection. Inspection labour cost is AUD$75.00 per hour.

29. SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT
If a vehicle is involved in a 'Single Vehicle accident' (for example you hit a tree and no other vehicle is damaged) then this will incur upon The HIRER additional liability of AUD$500.00.

30. INSURANCE EXCESS
An Insurance excess/Security credit card swipe of AUD$2000.00 will be taken at the point of pick-up. This payment will be processed and will be held as bond. Note 1: Bond/Security Deposit Return. If the vehicle is returned with any damage, or has been involved in an accident, whether the fault of The HIRER or not, the excess/security bond will be retained by TRAVEL WHEELS until the full cost of the damage is determined, or the claim has been settled by the Third Party's Insurance Company. The excess/security bond will then be returned to The HIRER in full if it is determined that there is no liability to the third party under Australian Motor Vehicle Laws and/or with Australian litigation. Please note that Third Party claims can take months or even years to resolve.

TRAVEL WHEELS cannot force the destiny of these claims, it is up to our Insurance Company and the Third Party, be they insured or not. Note 2: Excess/Security Bond/deposit return (Single Vehicle Accident). Single Vehicle accidents are defined as any damage that is done to the vehicle when no other vehicle is involved, or when the accident is with another vehicle, but The HIRER cannot provide TRAVEL WHEELS with the driver's licence, name or the registration number of the other vehicle.

Examples of single vehicle accidents include such things as running into trees, guideposts or animals, whether intentionally or not, whilst travelling forward or reversing. Collision with animals are considered to be a single vehicle accident, as too is overturning the vehicle, or any other damage done to the vehicle for any reason when no other vehicle is directly involved. A single vehicle accident carries a fee of $500.00 to be charged against the renter's credit car on return of the vehicle.

31. DAMAGE COVER
In the event of an accident, personal injury is covered through Registration 3rd Party Insurance. All vehicles are fully insured for their own damage and 3rd Party Property Damage, but The HIRER is responsible for the Insurance Excess.

32. ACCIDENTS
Accidents can occur at any time and please be vigilant whilst on the roads. This is especially the case for people who normally drive on the right hand side of the road. If you do have an accident, you will need to do the following:

All accidents and any other damages must be reported to Travelwheels within 24 hours of the incident or all insurance cover and damage protection cover is void. Your insurance excess is your security bond and this will be withheld in the event the vehicle is involved in an accident.

If you do have a camera, please take as many photos as possible before moving the vehicles. Travelwheels will need the full name, address, telephone and driving licence numbers of all people involved in the accident. A brief description of the accident and a quick drawing is a useful thing to do to record what happened.

33. CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS
By signing this rental Terms and Conditions contract, the HIRER accepts that the Terms and Conditions make this an Australian contract and that the HIRER will be bound by the Australian State Law in which State this Agreement is contracted. This contract overrides any other contract form or contract taken in any other country. Any changes made to this contract may only be in writing and signed by the HIRER and an authorized agent of TRAVEL WHEELS. TRAVEL WHEELS makes no express or implied warranty in relation to this Agreement.

34. KEYS
The HIRER will be responsible for the cost of replacing keys which are lost or broken, or for the retrieval of keys locked in a vehicle. Cost of a locksmith travelling to the vehicle will be at The Hirers' expense.

35. PAYMENT IN AUSTRALIA
All payments to be paid in Australia will be in Australian Dollars (AUD$) only. No foreign currency will be accepted.

36. DISCLAIMER
All illustrations, line drawings and text in any of our brochures or advertising material, including on the Internet, are a representation only of the vehicles depicted. Variances in any vehicle or its equipment offered for rental may occur due to modifications and/or upgrades to vehicle design.

37. EXCHANGE RATE/CURRENCY FLUCTUATION
All credit card transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Due to exchange rate fluctuations there could be some variation in the amount initially debited against the credit card and the amount refunded when the vehicle is returned. TRAVEL WHEELS accepts no liability for these variations, up or down.

FAQ

Can you fit a baby seat to your vehicles?
All our vehicles have been tested by the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) and they have the approved baby seat anchor points within each vehicle. We do not supply a baby seat, but we can give you a choice of local suppliers and you can choice which one suits your needs.

What type of fuel do your vehicles run on?
The majority of our campervans and station wagons use ULEADED PETROL. When you pick up the vehicle the fuel tank will be empty and when you return the vehicle from your fantastic holiday you can leave it empty as well for your convenience. Remember that fuel economy is always dependent upon a number of varying factors and these include how the vehicle is driven, the weather conditions and the maintenance of correct tyre pressures.

Onboard gas bottle for the twin gas cooker
When you pick up your campervan the gas bottle will be filled up for you so that you are ready to hit the road. If you need to refill the bottle, you can stop at most garages and campsites and they will fill it up for you on your behalf. When returning the campervan can you make sure you have refilled the gas bottle please.

Do we charge to have extra drivers on the rental agreement?
We operate a simple pricing structure with a no hidden fees policy! We do not charge for additional drivers as long as they are over 21 years old and have a full drivers licence. All we have to do is see their driving licence and we will add their names on the Rental Agreement and they will be able to  drive the campervan without any problems.

How much does petrol cost?
Petrol in Australia is cheaper than the price in mainland Europe. Currently unleaded fuel is approximately $1.70 per litre in built up areas such as the towns and the cities. In remote areas petrol prices are slightly high, but it's still good value when compared to most European prices.

For the latest fuel prices in Australia, look at www.exploroz.com/OntheRoad/FuelPrices/

How many batteries does the campervan have?
All our campervans have a dual battery system which means one battery is solely for the engine and the second battery is to just power the fridge, water pump and the internal 12volt lights in the back of the campervan. The second battery will last approximately 12 to 15 hours when fully charged, so you can camp at night with the lights on and know they will not go out or run down.

Both batteries will recharge from the engine once you are back on the road. NOTE - if you do intend to stop in one location for a couple of days, you will need to run the engine, i.e. go for a drive to top up the energy level of each battery for your comfort. However if you are at a camping site, then you can use the power extension lead and then the fridge, water pump and the internal lights will take the power from the mains, and therefore you will not need to run the engine.

Do you have any vehicles which have automatic gearboxes/transmissions?
All our campervans have manual gearboxes/transmissions, however if you really want an automatic campervan we can supply one if you let us know in advance.

Do I need to wash the linen when I return the campervan?
At Travel Wheels, we take care of all this for you. We will wash and dry clean all the bed linen, pillows and sleeping bags to ensure they are clean for each customer.

Where can we camp at night?
The great thing about Australia is that there are so many wonderful places you can park for FREE with amazing views! However there are some simple rules and regulations which must be followed.

ROADSIDE CAMPING
Local Council laws prohibit camping on the side of the road in towns and in cities. However, outside of towns, cities and in country areas or by the beach it is generally permitted as long as there are no explicit signs saying no camping or overnight stopping.

NATIONAL PARKS
Australia has some amazing National Parks and most have special areas set aside for camping. Most of these sites have showers, toilets, barbecues and picnic areas for your comfort. At Travel Wheels we would recommend staying at National Parks as they are wonderful places and also very beautiful and peaceful locations to stay overnight. One tip for people requiring a powered site, many of the National Parks only have non-powered sites in general, so it's worth checking ahead if you do need one.

CARAVAN PARKS
At Travel Wheels we definitely recommend staying in a caravan park. Australia has loads of them and many have fantastic facilities! They do not just offer toilets, and showers, but often they have lots of sporting facilities, or they are by beaches and most have fantastic swimming pools, so get ready to dive in! If you are traveling in the school holidays you may want to book ahead, but apart from this time, you will have plenty of space to enjoy yourself. Just about every campsite offers powered sites, so that you can change all your electrical goods and check your emails and send photos back home!

Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

The following persons must not drive the Vehicle

Terms of booking on this website

The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first.

Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00

The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Terms of booking on this website

Information disclaimer
The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

Liability

In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Travel Wheels Campervan Rentals Insurance

SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT
If a vehicle is involved in a 'Single Vehicle accident' (for example you hit a tree and no other vehicle is damaged) then this will incur upon The HIRER additional liability of AUD$500.00.

DAMAGE COVER

In the event of an accident, personal injury is covered through Registration 3rd Party Insurance. All vehicles are fully insured for own their damage and 3rd Party Property Damage, but The HIRER is responsible for the Insurance Excess.
